Mad Racer's Tamiya 4WD Collection
These are some pics of my Tamiya 4WD's. Boomerang and Hot Shot are both runners. The Hot Shot is still being developed. I am in the process of makings a better steering system. My Super Shot runner is my next project. Most of my cars feature some sort of modifications. I have also included a photo of my restored Turbo Optima.

Do you happen to know who made the star wheels on your boomerang? I have the same set (at least It hink they are) but have had them for years and don't recall the brand.
for the magic in posting pics: jus hit the 'quote' button under Jason's post and you'll see the code

Re: Mad Racer's Tamiya 4WD Collection
The star rims were sold in Australia under the name of OZ Charge by Barry Putte. I think they were made by CML if i rememmber. I bought them many yrs ago. I have a Bright yellow set on my MID as well.
Ahh yes i love my YOU-G Areo rims too.
Got the stickers made by a local sticker shop here. Got 8 done and are on their data base in case i want more. They also did some PB racing stickers for me and Maxiuma has them now as posted else where here.
Hope this helps you Mr Ed.
Mark.

Very nice collection! I love me some 1980s 4wd goodness!!

The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.

I like that they are good looking runners, not beat to hell. Great job!
