Mmmm...graphite.
Recent trip to a LHS results in:
RC10 "Factory Team Worlds Graphite" completely built from new parts:
B3 wheels, B2 rear axles, name that body...
Barely run Graphite Team car (with the infamous "Electrical Tape" car keeping company):
The full graphite lineup:
New built "Factory Team" RC10T:
Still have not gone through all the boxes, but I thought this was a somewhat sick photo, even though I had most of these already. There's another row behind these. :

Not all that is from my recent find. I needed to put all the boxes somewhere for a bit, this seemed appropriate.
There were six boxes total (1-6011 1-6014 2-6035 1-6036 1-7011 1-7037) all were full of parts, except the 6036 was a complete car, but taken apart for storage and the 6014 is unbuilt and 90% complete.
The two "Factory Team" cars were built to prove that you could still build a new RC10 (about three years ago) by just ordering the parts from Horizon/Great Planes/AE.
I believe l will forever refer to them as the "Factory Team Rolleyes" cars.
The 6014 is truly the last of the RC10 kits and I believe was purchased when the B2 was already available. Got opened, robbed for a few parts, wheels and tires gone missing. Nothing major. I should have the missing parts already in stock.
I have been sorting the parts out, separating into vehicle type boxes. There are absolutely no 2.0/2.1 CE or TQ type wheels or tires , but several sets of NIP original RC10 wheels front and rear as well as a few sets of 1.9 front tires.
Once I know what's spare I'll make a list for the BST, until then just let me get things sorted rather than blasting me with PMs.
Sorry FERRETTI, the only Worlds car is the graphite one, other than my regular tub WC. Neither are for sale. It didn't "just show up", it just took a while to get access... I've known about this stuff for a long time, I have just been very patient. Sorry your last LHS experience didn't work out so good, that really sucks. I did not post this to rub salt in your wounds, if that helps any.

temple, why does it seem like those guys are all the same and why do they have to be like that? It seems to me, when I put my business hat on, as an owner whom has all this stuff just sitting around for ages, they would be happy to off load ASAP...... it is money in their pocket that 9 of every 10 people could care less about. Instead they would just rather let it sit there for another 20 years. Some of it, I think it is just plain laziness.
Good for you. Looks like lots of nice stuff.

Fortunately this owner is not like the types you are describing. It's a one man LHS, and he's been doing RC since the early days of the RC12. Just stuff that had been accumulating in the back room kind of added up. It was a pleasant transaction.mrlexan wrote:temple, why does it seem like those guys are all the same and why do they have to be like that? Hey no problem , I'm pleased someone worthy got it rather than a dirty money grabbing breaker, which means maybe a few of us will benefit from your BST posts when you get sortedtempleofspeed wrote:Sorry your last LHS experience didn't work out so good, that really sucks.
