How to clean tires?

Armor All is pretty much bad for everything. It contains silicones and tolulene and it will deteriorate all rubber and vinyl over time. Don't use it on anything.

I've never heard anything good about it myself. I've also experienced dashes cracking/splitting due to its use. Especially when you use it religiously and then stop. I suppose results may vary depending on the climate where you live.

I use WD40, dawn and a tooth brush or NoAdd spf 30 sunscreen. Also doubles as a wicked traction compound.

Simple Green & water + scrub brush, then wipe them down with WD40. That's what we did for tires at the track for off road and dirt oval. Simple Green alone is a great tire softener and cleaner, too.
