Hi guys what a great forum. could you help me ? I would like some advice on a modern brushless system to use with my cougar. Many thanks guys.

What are you using it for? Racing, bashing? If it is the stock diff I would not go less that 10.5. If its the pro diff I think you could go down to 8.5. I would not go lower that though.

Thanks it's stock . just bashing for now .I also have a nib to build up too I'm busy.Thanks again for the advice.I also have a huge bag of spares so if u need anything please ask mate.

As I am using it as a basher is it a crime to stick sv shocks on it ?

Yes it is a crime to put SV shocks on it! But who is going to arrest you? The fun police? I will be doing that to my C2W in the new year. I hope there are no clearance issues. The rears look a little tight with the body. Let us know how it goes.

Rear shocks seem to be ok. Fronts rub with the shock tower .

You may need to get the SV 1 piece shock mounting studs.

Will have a look for a cover for you I have a ton of spares fella. I can post as I only live in Bradford.
