Need length of Idler gear shaft in Retrofit Transmission

Morning guys,

can someone measure the length of the idler gear shaft in a retrofit transmission for me? It's 1/8" diameter right? Thanks!

You're in luck, I have my XX retrofit tranny apart due to rebuilding my Jrx Pro SE. Sadly the case has some damage, but I can measure the idler shaft for you!

The diameter measures 0.1240 on my caliper (so yes, 1/8"); and the length measures as 0.7465, I'd call that 3/4" long.

edit: this is for a 2.19 case. I assume both ratios are the same, but just in case....

they both take the same shaft.

Yeah, but I've got a couple of old allen drivers with 1/8" shanks, I'm just going to give one a trim for now. It's only to mock it up at the moment but if I do a good enough job, I'll just leave itlike it is.

I just got home to my parents place in Toronto and I found a few kicking around in a prts box so I'm set. I was at home in Germany at the time and thought I'd have time to tinker around with it....but then ran out of time Thanks anyhow!
