I received these in the mail from Losi back in the day. They were about four pages long. If there is interest I can scan the whole letter and post them. Does anyone else remember getting these tech sheets? Full tech sheets further down in thread.

I got a pile of those a while back, might have been ex-shop stuff, as there was a heap of Losi update info as well as some TopCat and Cat XLS sheets (2-page TopCat exploded view poster, etc.). Included a couple of JRX2 posters and the like as well...

I'll see what I can dig out tonight, and scan up tomorrow morning.

Those are the only ones I have. Not sure if there are any others out there but they are the only ones Losi sent me.

I don't know if this is old news or not but it's new news to me :wink:
I attended RCX this weekend and during my rounds I came across the Pure-Tech booth. I talked to
Dwayne about a Pure-Tech battery strap for the RC10 and he pulled this out:...

I had this running the other day with a new brushless motor and lipo batterie. Sure was nice. I didn't adjust the slipper clutch and as the pictures will show, I stripped a gear. The chassis battery box holder says Team Losi on it but I can't find...

Here's my XX CR. Bought it new in 1996. Had fun with it for four years until I burned the Novak Rooster esc I had in it. Stored it in a box for nearly ten years. Last year, I bought new receiver/esc (nothing fancy) and started driving it again....

Looks like RC10's Viper to me... ;)

Check out gear mesh. That skatepark vid (not commenting on running in there btw ;) ) is LOUD and top speed is kind of low even for a 27T stocker :)

Hey guys,

I am a total newbie in Losi vintage. By talking to poeple, I have been offered the opportunity to get this lightly rusty car.

Question? XX or XX CR? Not sure but is the differences should not be some graphite parts and different rear...

Also, assuming that the car is all original, the original XX used velcro to hold the batteries in...the CR came with the battery brace.

Not that it means anything, but there's also a CR manual underneath the car :mrgreen:
