Brushless/LiPo Noobie

Post by fordtransman »

The last thing I charged was a 20 year old NiCd on a 702 Protech charger.

If I was going to buy a coffee table/bathroom book, a primer if you will, on LiPo batteries and Brushless tech, where would I find it?

Searching through these wonderful posts I find various opinions and ideas about it... I want something with teeth... speaking of teeth :)

Brushless to me is when you wipe your teeth with a napkin after you eat lunch at McDonalds. I understand the physical dynamics of the motor and of course I can hold my own when it comes to electrical knowledge. Faraday would love this stuff..... The first time I made an electromagnet, it was with a lantern battery and a copper wire around a nail in the 3rd grade by way of a switch... :)

I just want to find a "basics" book about it.... When I "kit" my RC12L in 1991 I was out for good....

Now its 2011 and I am loving this Losi 22.
