Platinum shocks for turbo rocky

I have been buying parts for almost a year to get my turbo rocky done I have all the parts now to build it except for the shocks I have had a hard time finding a set of platinum shocks I finally found a set but they are all apart the guy said they were missing a few small o rings if I buy them can I get new o rings for them are there rebuild kits for them or should I just wait and hope to find a set that are not all apart thanks .
