i got the chassis all finished. i still need to clean up and install the radio system. i'm going to put the msc and original radio system back in this one. keep it all original. except the shocks, anyway.

i got the electronics back in. i'm finally done with this one. unless i find a new set of tires.

I always use the odorless solvent that you can buy from home depo. Realy take yhe grease off. I use it for anything. Even stuborn servo tape. I just spray it on and let is soak for few minutes.scr8p wrote:i like spray nine, but the greased lightning works, simple green as daddeo stated. i haven't found a cleaner yet that hurt the plastic. i even used lacquer thinner to get the grease off the spur gear on this car.

castrol super clean. ultimate parts cleaner and paint stripper imo, just dont get it around metal stuff or use bare hands with it.
i havent been able to find it lately, i wonder if it was killing people...
i use ezoff with the yellow lid in a ziploc freezer bag for stripping anodizing. works pretty good.
