4 year update.

OK, let's start with this pic. Jay Halsey on the left, Jason Ruona on the right. Jason won Jay's truck after the race in a raffle.

Now, take notice to the white, wheel dot sized sticker between the back window and the JRX-Pro sticker. I could not figure out what it was. Well, last year at the Vonats I asked Jason if he remembered what exactly that sticker was. He told me it was a Skull Racing sticker. So with that to go on I set out on trying to find an image of it with no luck.

Well, a month or so ago on one of the FB groups, Steve Dunn (of Race Prep) was talking about Skull Racing. So I sent him a message asking if he may have anything from back in the day with that sticker on it. After explaining what I needed it for, he said he didn't have anything, but that he found me one...... a new one. In the meantime, Michael Ellis had been posting a bunch of old Skull racing pics from back in the day. I assumed the sticker was coming from him. Got in touch with Michael and he hooked me up with an original Skull Racing sticker for my replica. It's cool how things work out sometimes.

I like how something so small can really add that much to a replica style car. I never really liked this truck. But now with that sticker it finally won me over.......jk man it's always been a killer replica

I hated skull racing, Mike and the gang used to beat my 14 year old self all the time at the local track. And I recall they were a bit loud and sure of themselves to say the least
