What is this?

So in the midst of my RC10 graphite rebuild I came across a pan car chassis that was included in an Ebay lot auction that I won about 10 years ago. I am considering getting it running again, but I need to know where to start for parts. Can anyone look at the picture below and let me know what they believe the chassis is.

Looks like it's only missing a servo mount, shock, and the rear axle assembly. Maybe a new t-bar. Wheels, body and electronics were likely never included.

I don't think that's the correct front steering, should be the dynamic front end not the old style front end. Tough to find the upgrade kit they sold but you could part together the front end easily enough... here's my L3
