Repairing old wishbone
Does anyone have any ideas how to repair this vintage wishbone? The previous owner used a nail for a hinge pin which increased the hole diameter. The 2mm pin is now loose and there is a lot of wheel wobble. I was thinking of packing it with epoxy resin then pushing through a 2mm pin, allow it to set then remove the pin. I'm afraid the pin will just get glued in there with it. Any ideas welcome.

Perhaps you could get some brass tubing and glue it in the wishbone (much like a sleeve).

find 5/32" OD brass tubing from either hobby shops or places like mcmaster-carr, with an ID of .125"(1/8"). Then pickup a 0.155" reamer and ream the arms out, cut the brass tubing to length, and gently press into the arm, and you now have rebuildable arms. I have done this in the past. Bear in mind the tube and hingepins will wear more quickly.

Thank you very much. Yes, I like that solution.
K&S do some thin walled brass tubing 2.5mm O.D. wall thickness 0.225 and 2.05mm I.D. which is ideal. I would need just need to drill out the wishbone a bit first.
There is also some 3/32" O.D. tube which seems more abundant but it the inner diameter is about 1.4mm so I would have to ream it out (I have a 2mm reamer) but I'm not sure... is it possible to a do a good job with such narrow walls?
Anyone know where the 2.5mm is in stock in the UK?

Re: Repairing old wishbone
The problem with epoxy is that you won't get the pin exactly centered, which will likely cause some binding and/or wear issues.
Instead of brass tubing, why not use vinyl or plastic tubing, you shouldn't have wear issues, and it will still rebuildable if necessary.
Another route may be to use bushings, though finding one small enough may be tough.
