CVD vs dog bone

Any big difference switching from dogbones? so far i have read that there isn't... wondering what people here think about them!

dogbones pop out when crashing in a race of bashing and get lost.CVDS dont.Dogbones werar out the outdrives and wheel axles bad.CVDS haft be rebuilt but last very long time.Don

On a rough track Dog bones are better ( less binding)

On a semi smooth track Unis are great.

On a smooth track cvd's are best.


Team drivers use too & still do swap the cvd's out of the B4 to RTR dog bone set up on a rough blown out track.

I noticed my Ultima is better with dog bones on our rough track over Uni joints. The only real bad point of dog bones is they are left behind if the rear breaks off. I paint mine yellow to stand out if this happens.

Oh my Re re Frog is so much better with the Dog bone set up then the CVD option that Tamiya does . Lots if binding with the cvd at max travell of the suspension.
