thought some of you might like this, it's a prototype that rc4wd is coming out with in 2008 and the best part it's a Boyer chassis

the concept is nice and i like it, but i think the chassis needs to be defined a little more in my opinion, doesnt look to structurally sound, even if it is solid rod, alot of strength will be hit on those spots that are welded/brazed.

I've seen it on another forum... If I can affor it I'll totaly go for one. I love it. I'd love a "real racing" style buggy as well but hey they are not easy to find.

Have I read a few threads regarding poor fit, finish and function from RC4WD products (particularly there 3 speed axles etc) or am I getting them mixed up with another manufacturer :?:
Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.

no its rc4wd. some of the things they produce just simply arent tested well enough before he makes them available. but to thier credit they are really pushing the custom stuff and making things people want.

anyway, this particular chassis is being made by john boyer, and boyer is THE man for building hella nice tubers.
