here are some pics after a little cleaning. anyone know who made the rear shock tower (JG?) and what was it for (rc10?) it is not homemade, def cut out by a machine, very thick and matches the thickness of the front shock tower, which is also not stock. i will post a pic as soon as i get it off the car... gross dirty yuck!
the spring cups are self explanatory, they do exist! keep you eyes open people! also the chassis is not stamped.
speaking of early edition cars, i know we have a post of this one, but i dont think anyone pointed out its an early edinger edition (?) with the extra wording under the middle picture of the rear end (check your boxes for me please, none of my costa mesa address boxes say anything under that picture) i dont know if i am correct here, and the instructions look like the later one piece manuals... well we will see when it gets here assuming MR. 0 feedback is legit (he seems nice enough ) AT LEAST paypal protection makes buying from people with 0 feedback a little nerve racking.
no problemo.. and we do gotta meet up one day.. i have been working like a fiend lately and havent had a second to even work on my car, relax and in some cases eat dinner lol. my stupid tube car shoulda been done 3 months ago lol. i work on it sometimes for like 15 minutes a night and either have to goto sleep or go out lol..
Hmmm, the noseplate looks like a very late CE version...cut back like a World's Car. The rear spring cups and *one* battery strap look like the real dealio... What's up with the box end? (picture?). MIP shock towers for sure. Also looks like the servo saver arm was cut down, as if it was from a 12e... Let's see the under motor area with no stamp too, please.
thanks for pointing out the noseplate!!! it looks like a ce but its not (not the same angles) looks like maybe it was cut... but its not because its anodized where the cuts would be.... i am gonna take it off now and watch the simpsons!
you are correct about the steering arm (the prototype green car of associated used only the single bell crank and a rc12 link in the center of the nosplate).
the underside is well scratched but the topside i cleaned with my finger and there is no stamp!
with the extra wording under the middle picture of the rear end (check your boxes for me please, none of my costa mesa address boxes say anything under that picture)
I've got both Edinger and Cadillac boxes I can check.

Wow, I need to get a body and paint it box art for my Graphite.
I never bothered putting a body on it, the chassis just looks amazing, but this is the go.
It's a Viper body, right?
Mmmmm, vintage graphite...Man, I need to lose the rear Losi tires,...
Well ive been buying parts on ebay when i find them cheap, or buying them at local hobby shops if i find a good deal... been going through a couple boxes of NIP parts, and dug out enough (almost enough lol) to build a box art car.. Figure everyone...

i actually have a few mint motor plates for 6 gear, this one was just NIP. even on the most beaten to death cars.. motor plates are usually in great shape.
If you want to sell the gold stealth plate let me know :)
HI!... O.k my RC10 TEAM' car project is just about done. I want to paint the body in a box art theme. Does anyone have good pics of a TEAM car or their Team car painted with the box art theme? The only one I've found is this one here. Who ever owns...
Can someone post a couple good naked pics of a 93/94 box art Worlds car so that I can see what I am missing? I have seen hoopty's collection pic, but the pic is too far away to pick up the details. Thanks in advance.
