Is it normal CVD length on RC10B3?

The length of CVD is normal on RC10B3?

It's unfortunate but yes. The "shiney" CVD's are like that also. The only thing that I know of you can do is move a couple shims from the outside of the hubs to the inside of the hubs to push the CVD further in on the outdrives.

the other option is to add a small shim inside the shock body under the piston to limit down travel.
