Finaly got my professionaly painted box art body

Post by artfull dodger »

Here is a pic of my RC10 gold pan with its new professionaly painted box art body. Body was done by Luis in Spain, bought thru fleabay. Really makes the old 10 look good. This will be mostly a display body, maybe some light running where there is no danger of flipping or crashes. If I want to bash around, I have that other body for it. Now we need to find someone to paint a RC10B3 body and wing into Jeff Gorden #24 flame colors(from the Dupont years) for my wife. Cheers Mike and Michele T

Looks good, I would suggest putting tape on the under side of the body near the sides of the pan. They are known to scratch a sweet paint job up

Cool body!

While we are talking about sratches... I was planning on putting clear vinyl on the bottom of my chassis. It is super sticky, tough and cheap as hell when you buy it on a large roll.

That looks really nice and clean!

How did you you do the roll bar and driver area? It looks very well detailed. You got some close-ups?

I didnt paint the body or do the roll cage work, this is one of Luis's bodys from Spain. I can get some close ups later. Mike
