Correct Body for box art RC10

Post by tizeye »

Hi I'm restoring a old RC10 and have a new body that came with it. Trouble is some prat drilled a hole in the middle of the hood..at first I thought it was for mounting but it isn't. Anyway been looking on ebay for a new one and can't decide which one I should buy. I want the buggy to look like the box art so which body is the correct one part# 6160 or 6121 the buggy is an A chassis...

Cheers

The 6160 approximates the original Protech body, although since the Chinese have started making them there are a few moulding differences. A bit of a search might give up some more information.

The bodies were one of the few things that Associated actually did make in-house... Currently the majority of Associated's product are manufactured in China under the watchful eye of Thunder Tiger.
