titanium hinge pins

titanium hinge pins

Found a bunch of pins in the bottom of a box in a baggie and couldn't remember if the were stock or an upgrade to titanium .. any way to tell??

try a magnet .. if they stick they are stock

Correct.

Beware, though, that stainless steel is also non-ferrous. A precision scale would tell you the difference between titanium and SS.

good point .. i havent delt with any ss on r/c's yet .. for me it was always alum or titanium
