Here's mine so far

Post by stulec52 »

Still got some work to do, but no big rush.
I did get a new body though, so that helps !!

Thanks for looking !

Also, have a read at both the details, and when they were entered !!!
The last 4 pics are how it is today.
And yes, the body from the top pic has been replaced !

Nice car Stu, however is there any chance you and other TC members who read this (I've seen it happen a lot lately) can take the time to actually post pics and descriptions here? It's just annoying to have to go to another site...

I know we've seen that car before. Is that latex paint on the outside of the body? Can't wait to see what you do with it!

That body is a classic, you can't get rid of it.

cool, I have proof it wasn't me !

I now have 2 new bodies to choose from, so it's possible the old one may never be seen again.
I do need to re-new all the screws though, the pics really show up the surface rust on the rim screws. It still looks awesome on my shelf though !! and despite many offers from potential buyers, it's not going anywhere.

I have to say my painting skills have progressed a bit since then. haha I bought it from ebay like that.

Stu if you plan to get rid of that body. I'd be interested. It's too fugly to trash.
