Here is a tub on top of a long flat chassis, nose plate screw holes aligned, dimensions are the same from there forward. As you can see the flat chassis is clearly longer on the back. NDS chassis also pictured for reference.
I have already stated that the wheelbases are different back on page 1. That was never disputed.

And no, the dimensions are NOT the same from the steering pivot holes forward; The second step of the kick-up on the black tub and RTR chassis accounts for another 1/4" in TOTAL length, making them 14".

With pivot screw holes aligned:

Simply put, neither chassis will fit in a box of less than 14" without bending.

Ok, I see what you are saying about total length with the extra bumper mount kick up. I guess I did miss that. Sorry for that. I guess technically they are the same length then, but it isn't only a wheelbase change either, most of the major components are also spaced further apart, including the shock towers and body mounts, which was why (I thought) we were talking about it in the first place.

Nice trucks. 8)
Thanks! also Justin keep in mind the GT early model servo spacing is made quite small for both steering and throttle I had to used S5101's on mine back in the days or end up drilling new mounting holes which no one likes to do. The blue chassis allowed for the normal spacing like S9301. S148 etc..
