Hello
Brian from MN just checking in to this forum. My first car was an RC10 around '86
It's neat to see all the old parts people still have, and even better IMO now that some of the original stuff is back in production. Got back into RC around '05-06 and have acquired several other cars. Kids need cars too:) I resurrected my old car from @20 yrs of storage two years ago.
Very fun to run this old classic again.

Re: Hello
Yes it is my car from '86. Prior to it being stored, I had updated some of the parts to whatever the current cars were coming with.
Its got wide arms, CE shock tower, inline strg. Also running Thorpe 48p gears in the 6 gear, and different differential setup(looks similar to the Jammin setup I saw posted somewhere). 20 yr. old TQ series tires that surprisingly still have some grip left. Will be changing to some modern rubber at some point. I am running the front proline wheels flipped, to keep the track similar front to rr. They were correct when it had the original narrow arms, but to much offset when used with the wide arms. I just finished a B4.1Worlds and the fronts from that fit directly on, and are of the correct offset to go with the rest of the parts. Just need to round up parts to convert the rr.
A couple pics with its newest stable mate....
