yokomo 870c ran at 89 Australian Worlds by Steve yamamoto

Post by hugger19 »

just worked out the deal on this one should get soon so here is some info on the car. raced in 89 Australian Worlds by Steve yamamoto from the usa with Kyosho gold shocks, they were pretty common back in 89 on most of the race cars. this car ran in the K main in Australia, the car missing battery posts because it was used tape to hold battery. these two pics of what the car looked like after it was raced before all the parts were robbed off it.

well got the car all back together just the way it was minus the motor. since the body is long gone used the one i painted for this build. their was a #46 on the chassis and modded center brace to fit the servo.

looks like it might have had a rear sway bar at one time from the ball studs in the rear arms. will mount one up when i get a chance since i do have the correct one for this car.
