Jrx2 modern wheel adaption

Post by scoobyrs25 »

Any straight forward solution to running modern 12mm hexes on my Jrx2? I figured I'd just upgrade the front of the car with RB6 front axles/spindles. I was hoping there was an available hex for the rear.
Thanks,
Kevin

Modern wheels... If I remember correctly the easiest way is to use b4 wheels with a spacer on the stock axle on front.
Losi - Jrx2, Pro, Jr2, Pro SE, JrxT, JrT, LXT, NXT, XXKE, XXTG+
Mini - T, LST, LST2, Crawler
Micro - Trekker, SCT, T
Crawlers - Trx4 Defender, Bootleg Bruiser Shelf Queen
-Bashers under contruction- Jrx2

B4 wheels direct fit front but rear requires small .125" spacer usually to avoid rubbing or custom works spacer. Im sure you could drill any standard hex to fit rear axle and pin and experiment with wheel offset from there. There are other ideas with regard to changing axles, Google jrx2 modern wheel.

There's always this option to run standard XX or XXX wheels....
