If you dig running a vintage ride, go for it.
if you want to run something but the only car you have for now is an MX4, then I'd reconsider running it

Yes, there seems to be a bunch of parts for it on ebay UK. Most any parts that might break are non existent though. I dunno, are mr4 mx4 suspension bits the same for bx? If so, then they are rarer than hens teeth, but not non existent.

Re: Mr4-BX too rare to run?
Appreciate the feedback. I'm going to keep running it here and there. It's a sturdy chassis. Just picked up a new shell and tray for it that I will preserve for the shelf someday.
I was asking about rarity/should I run it since it looks like it was a very short production run, only 05-06 I think. Anybody know how many MR4-Bx's were produced?

It would be nice to know production numbers of the different models. I have a bx as well, and would really like to collect spares for it,, but thats a project for some day.

Re: Mr4-BX too rare to run?
I might contact yokomo on the off chance I get some answers on production numbers. I think I have a couple rare birds, but would like to know since I really do enjoy running them.

Anything that breaks or wears out. Slipper parts, diffs, belts, plastic parts....
