Some old school pics

Post by call-911 »

Greetings guys,

It's been a LOOOOONG time since I've seen an RC10 in person. Here are some old pics of my RC10 and it's evolution with the endless mods from back in the 80s.

Great pics. I really like the flying 10 action shot.

Thanks! That was the handywork of my brother on the action shot. It was the most air that we had ever seen at our home track and that was stock! My favorite RC10 was a tricked out graphite car with the Houge trailing arm suspension, but I don't have any pics of that car.

I hope it is Doug's brother, if not Doug might be a bit upset.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Oh sure Doug, steal my fire! Ok, I'll post some pics of me holding my Subaru Brat then when I was a fat little kid. I know Doug doesn't have those! :P

Never mind, I just saw the title of the picture. I showed this one to Doug, but I think you'll also get a kick out of it.

Actually, I think the guy in the red and white hat (R&R in Quincy, IL) might be Jim Dieter sitting at the timing and scoring table with Don Meade.

And how DO you have Mike Lyday's membership card? :o

Actually, that's my membership card (I never filled in my name). Mike was the "Authorized Signature"

Hah! That's awesome.

I might still have some old trophies from those races somewhere...
