Re: .
I have a Kyosho Jet Stream 800 boat. It came with a single brushed motor but had a "gear box" that allowed the installation of a second motor, which I naturally did. Since you mentioned the Blizzard, does the boat count as well?

my 959 is also handpainted with PC bottle painttamiyadan wrote: ↑Thu Feb 23, 2017 10:43 am I painted mine By hand using tamiya pc paints. I had no idea i followed the wrong body line until i went to put the gold and red striped decals on the car. it sat like that incorrect for 30 years until i couldn't take it anymore and i scratched off the paint as best i could to retouch it so i could at least live with my error. unfortunately the blue paint formula changed in that time and so the touch up is a slightly darker blue.
But at this point I'm living with it, and it flairs my OCD everytime i think about it![]()
If your paintjob is just PC & never been overcoated with fuelproof sealer, methylated spirits (denatured alcohol) will dissolve PC quite easily without damaging Rothmans decals.
Managed to strip off most of the old PC off my used shell, then repainted... by hand, with PC
