Re: Blue Eagle LS
your build is really nice. What a shame not to make it run, eeven a few.
Mine is more from the dark side...still miss some minor parts like wheels and body to run, and also more sunny times, but it will race before summer (original project target).
Waiting for your car to be finished.

Re: Blue Eagle LS
peuge73, Nice lookin ride there, clean lookin install on the electronics. Blacked out is pretty sweet too.
Yeah, I'm afraid, mine won't see much of the ground, I may throw in some VTG electronics, and buzz it around inside my buddy's warehouse a few times. I don't wanna risk damaging any of the original white parts.

Re: Blue Eagle LS
Well guys, Got the BE-LS completed (as far as I'm going with it) She's pretty much shelf material in my eyes. (I know theres others that may dislike that) but thats basicly how I treat alot of the vintage stuff, as collectables not runners.
Good chance I will post this on the market, Have had a couple people inquiring about it, and could use the cash for another project or purchase. We'll see what happens.
Basicly everything is original 1991 on this, anything that was replaced, (screw kit, wheels, rear tires, trans gears) were all done with NOS parts. Came out pretty decent IMO. Slapped a servo in, that I had laying around, just to keep the front-end/steering inline.
Thanks for looking guys, Now I'll bore you with some more pic's

Awesome job looks great! Brings back memories of restoring mine a few years ago. I defiantly agree with you and think it should be a shelfer. Looks way to nice to drive around.
