im getting a rc10 soon and want 2 kno if i can use b2/3 wheels on it??

Yes, if you have 3/16" b2/b3 cvd axles instead of the stock 1/4" ones.

Do you need to replace the bearings then on the hub carrier then? What else would need to be changed?

get 3/16 x 3/8 flanged bearings, and the b2/b3 cvd kit. you'll be all set.

Also, look in the General Forum at some of the topic's posted in the past. There are at least 2 that I know of that address the parts needed to upgrade to B2/B3 rims and axles.
