New here and stumped
Hello I am new to the site but not to new to RC. I am having issues with my Lunchbox. What it's doing after I have charged the batteries is for a little while it operates fine, but after say about 5 minutes the acceleration starts getting jerky. What I mean by that is at full throttle it jerks and sometimes in reverse as well. Now I am still running an am 2 channel radio system. Also I have installed a Tamiya Sport tuned motor. At first after all the stuff I have put on the LB it worked fine now this. Could it be the battery or ESC or the solder on the bullet connections from the motor to the ESC ? I am stumped I checked the connections and all seems good, stumped just stumped. Thanks for any help.

What type of battery and esc are you using? Are the batteries new?

The batteries in the transmitter are rechargeable but the one in the truck is questionable (not new), would that cause these type of problems. Sorry if these line of questions sound stupid.

That esc is known for similar issues, often developing after some time.
You can try a fresh battery and resetting the esc but I suspect replacing the esc will likely be the ultimate solution.
A Hobbywing 1060 is ~$20 new and is a decent esc. A Hobbywing 1080 is ~$40 and extremely nice for the money, lots of features and adjustments.
