Re: Tyco Jet Hopper Refurbish
I can finally call this little guy done after stumbling across a sticker sheet. To my surprise it still works considering I've left the batteries in it for nearly 5 years It's still missing a few things like the front spotlights and bumper brace thingie, for which I'll maybe find parts one day to fully complete it.
In the meantime this little guy will sit on my shelf and occasionally get run around my garage for nostalgia.
Pretty cool "and cute" little car

Wow looks fantastic ! Unbelievable you found the stickers for it.
Who do you race for ?
Me……. I race for me.
That’s impossible, I was told you need a sponsor to race.
Hey Cru ! Go balls out

Thanks.
I was about to click checkout on my MCI order and thought "let me just type in Turbo Hopper and see what happens" ........ to my amazement there they were, stickers for the black one.

Man that is so cool to see, my very first Rc car was a red jet hopper and my younger brother had the black one, only draw back was the 12 hour recharge on the AA batteries between runs

Thanks, I always liked the red one better personally.
My first was the Turbo Panther... seemed to run forever as a kid but yeah, the recharging was painful. lol

Great restoration! This was my favorite toy car before I got a Blackfoot.. Also seen in the Married with Children episode “Johnny Be Gone.”
