Ball joint’s and turn buckles

Post by Maxell27 »

Guys I have a DS. What ball joints and turnbuckles are compatible with it? I need the steering rods.

Thanks
Max

The original steering links were 1", according to the manual. Depending on the ball cups used, you might need an even shorter one.

CRC 1231 cups look identical to original AE cups, if you can find them. Unless you get lucky, original (short) AE cups are becoming harder to find and tend to be expensive.

I don't know if the DS has the same space limitations as the buggy, but the buggies are known to have interference problems when using bulkier ball cups ( like RPM).
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.
