Chromies Custom RC10 Head Light Mounts.
So I was looking at my RC10 today, and I was wanting to mount some of the original head Lt's.
I looked at the box art and saw them mounted on the body roof, but I really didn't want to glue or drill holes in the body to do it that way.
I started looking at other ways to not permanently mount them, and this is what I came up with.
What do you guys think, does this look good or not ?

I think it's a great idea. One thing about mounting them on the sides, as cool as they do look there, if they really did work, the front shock tower would have blocked nearly all the light. Up front makes total sense. You might have to do a little extra cutting to get the body to clear though. Probably not much.

On the Viper it clears no problem .MelvinsArmy wrote: You might have to do a little extra cutting to get the body to clear though. Probably not much.

Nice idea! How does it look on a complete car? (with body, wing, etc)

I'm in the middle of laying out the paint scheme on my new body , but I think looks pretty cool so far, what do you think ?call-911 wrote:Nice idea! How does it look on a complete car? (with body, wing, etc)
The head Lt. on the right I'm going to take apart and shorten a little bit to match the one on left .
