heya folks!!

this is the build that got me into the vintage rc10.

-advance engineering sprint conversion
-stealth tranny
-robinson racing adj. rear toe kit
-rayborn racing rear sliders
-parma sway bars
-andys f&r arms
-mip steering
-team car front and rear shock towers (rear tower has its mount ears cut off and is just an esc mount now)
-titanium turnbuckles
-tekin g9 supersonic esc
-trinity oval motor
-novak xxl reciever
yadda yadda yadda...

its completely RTR, but will never see any use. ;)
i screwed up on the big wing, (put the big side on backwards) and lost the little wing supports. other than someday fixing that with an all-aluminum wing this puppy is done.

Nothing adds more realisme to a buggy than a sprintcar conversion.
Absolutely fabulous car.

(Makes me think I should start looking for sideways parts and maybe another Ultima LOL)

Advanced wheels and tires are very, very rare. I've seen more Technacraft wheels pop up than Advanced.

Hoopty, that's one of my all time favorite sprinters. 8)

thx melvin. its my top shelf queen but if someday 'll definetly run it around a few times and get it dirty. it deserves to be on dirt at least once, i think a baseball diamond would be fun. (prolly tumble the darn thing...)

the advance wheels are really cool. but they dont have a lip on the wheel for a bead, and when i bench tested it they didnt hold very well. but back then i was a newbie, and i prolly used crazy glue.

i kinda want to build another one... a really sinister one.

i've tried e-mailing b.b.t. about the their sprints, and it keeps getting kicked back to me. i've also tried calling with no sucsess, also. so, more or less, you can look at them, but appartently not buy one.

Hmm, that's strange. I was able to order some Big Boys parts a couple years ago and it went very smooth. I'd keep trying to call them.

i've been trying at least once a month for 6 - 8 months. nothing so far. i really want a bbt, but if it don't work out, i'll just build a bart's sprinter from rd enterprise.

Great looking sprinter bad hoopty. Those wheels look killer with the big fat meat tires. I need to get motivated and Finish my sprinter off. Basically I just need to do the body and wing. Scrap, I had the same problem with Big boys toys. I wanted to get some stuff and the e-mails just bounce back.

ya, it's kinda agravating. the only thing i don't like about the barts car, is the chassis is the same lenght as a buggy, with the molded kick up. i always like the shorter w.b. on the bbt.
