Extremely interesting idea, nice execution.
Who do you race for ?
Me……. I race for me.
That’s impossible, I was told you need a sponsor to race.
Hey Cru ! Go balls out

Very interesting idea. I've wanted to build a 2wd using a TC setup, but I don't have the heart to tear mine down for it.

Re: New project -- The "BC3"
After my stress test led to poor results on my BC3 chassis, I decided some kind of top brace was necessary. I installed a few stand offs down the spine and made a paper template. I then sent the chassis off to Jeff to have one cut out of carbon. After the initial g10 test brace, I decided to tie it in all the way to the bulkhead instead of just the chassis posts. Jeff also whipped up a battery hold down while it was there. It nice and sturdy now. Some other parts showed up, so I may be able to get this on track this weekend. The build is further along than these pics show, so it may happen.

Re: New project -- The "BC3"
So I got this thing together the other week. I wanted to get it on track before the end of the outdoor season, figuring that track would be a little more forgiving than some of the indoor places I'd be able to get to over the winter. I threw some electronics in it temporarily, so disregard the long wires. I had just installed them on the esc and didn't want to cut them.
During the assembly I found issues with some of the rear geometry that would need to be addressed, but I worked around it just to run the car. About half of them are now fixed, the other 1 or 2 are a little more involved. So I'll probably wait until after the NC vintage race to do anything about those. But overall, the car worked "ok" for just throwing a setup at it. I raced in in sportsman just to get some track time. It was definitely loose, and got worse as the day went on. So just took it easy. I have an old LRP 17.5 in it that's kind of on it's way out, and I had it under geared..... so it was a little on the slower side. But it took the jumps like a champ and held together. So I it was a successful first outing. I took some on track video of it, one of these days I'll get it up on YouTube.
