Schumacher Cougar 2000 Ad

The Cougar 2000 came out in 1993 as Schumacher's replacement for the Cougar II 2wd buggy. Gone was the aluminum chassis and belt driven transmission, replaced by a double deck fiberglass chassis, gear driven trans, as well as longer control arms and other improvements. Shown in this half page ad is the double deck carbon fiber chassis that would become standard on later iterations.

I bought a 95 Team car version of the Cougar 2000. By this time though, my 1:1 drag race Pinto was ready to run, so the Cougar didn't see much action.
