In 1995 Trinity entered the world of spec class racing with the 1/10th scale Street Spec Parking Lot Racers. Designed as an entry level, cost controlled vehicle the foundation of the S-Spec was a narrow fiberglass plate chassis with a transverse mounted stick battery. A fiberglass axle plate with coil over kingpins suspended the front of the S-Spec with no provision for caster or camber adjustments. Rear suspension was equally simple using a t-bar design with a slipper plate and dampening tube. The fiberglass rear pod with an aluminum motor plate and plastic axle plate supported a "Magic" spur gear, ball dif, steel axle and aluminum hubs. Ball bearings were fitted in the rear with bushings up front. TRC blue dot front tires and green dot rear tires were supplied with the kit along with a stock car, touring car, superspeedway or truck body based on the kit purchased.
