Re: lipo Question
Go with the next model up. I use the Hyperion E0SO606i best charger hands down. Built in balancer, AC input. Does Nicad, NMH, and lipo's. The only bad part is it only discharges at 1 amp for NMH or Nicad

Re: lipo Question
Yes that is it! Damn good price on it too, I might pick up another one in fact. I would also recommend not "mixing" brands of ESC's and motors. So if your going LRP Sphere, you should also go with the LRP motor, Novak GTB (which I run in both of my cars) and velocity motors.
Here is what I'm running in each car to give you and idea:
B44: Max amps 4000, Novak GTB and 6.5 = 45 minute run times
B4: Orion 3600, Novak GTB and 10.5 = 50 minute run times
The GTB has a built in Lipo cut off, your car will "dump" DO NOT RUN ANY FURTHER OR YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR LIPO! Pull it off track and get it on the charger ASAP. Make sure also to take care of your lipos and not expose them to direct heat, cold, or leave them plugged in to your ESC. Voltage will drop and the pack will swell.

Re: lipo Question
at my local track, EVERYONE and their brother is running the LRP sphere comp ESC and novak motors, they say its the best combo out there. The novak gtb's they find slow to respond they claim, and the LRP motors they say arent the greatest. thats why i went with the Novak 17.5 motor and lrp sphere.
going to get that charger today.
thanks for advice
