I picked this up off Ebay. At first I just wanted the cool Novak stuff, but fell in love with it once I got in my hands. I don't know to much about it. So I'm posting it on here to see what you guys and girl think about it.

I'm not a big vintage guy, but I've always liked the Monster beetle. Kind'a thinking about picking one up to add to the collection. Just wondered what they are worth. As in an original, and then they did re-release it I think ?

Yeah as recommended get the ball diff if you can. You can then run all sorts of motors through it.

I was very pleasantly surprised to hear about the MB rerelease. Of all the Tamiya kits (besides a Juggernaut) this was the one I was hoping would get remade. I preordered one from Tower and it arrived today. Probably going to build it box art. I...

hi guys i have a monster beetle that i have had for a long long time. i put a thorpe ball diff in it back in the day. i think im going to try fix it back up and play with it. ill post pics when i can think about taking them.

G'day Guys
Finally got myself a Tamiya monster beetle. gave it a paint job, new tyres, chrome shocks & working headlights.
hope u like it. Lots of fun to drive & is very quick with a 23 turn tamiya motor & 3200lipo.

Will the Blitzer Beetle body fit the Monster Beetle without any mods? Anyone know about the Proline Baja Bug body? I want to use the original body mount...
