Looks like a CAT XLS to me - you can tell because there are spacers between the wishbones and the gearbox making the track wider.
A close up photo of where the front wishbones fix to the uprights would confirm - there should be spacers there too.

Tis an XLS, looks like 1-way roller drive shafts on the front. It's also fitted with Kyosho 'gold' shocks as sported on the Optima Mid and what look like Procat Wheels.

Not ProCat wheels, but dyable nylon "BBS" wheels from Trinity. A common upgrade on US CATs in the 80s, along with the Kyosho shocks.
