One of the problems with most bulletin board software packages is that it is very tough to keep these trolls out. It's even a bigger issue for free BB packages like the one we use here (phpBB) that are very open source-oriented. Without much full-time development, it can be really a hassle to keep writing code to keep these morons out of places they aren't wanted.
