I need some alloy wing mounts (the bit that bolts to the shock tower) for my YZ 10 project, and I'm starting to think they might be a bit rare!
I may resort to making some reproductions, so need the dimensions.

does anyone know what wing mount is used with the RC carbon works rear tower that has the additional holes? My wing keeps coming out of the wing tubes so I'd like to change how I mount it. The only thing ive seen close so far is the B5M wing mount...

The b5m mounts look good on there. My zx5 mounts are getting pretty beat up, maybe I'll replace them with the 5m mounts when the time comes 8)

Looking to make an alloy wing but I dont know how thick it should be. I have 1/64 1/32 and 1/16 panels I can make it from. Which should I go with? I can work the 1/64 somewhat easily but making hard corners requires a vice. I dont think I'll be bend...

I have the Thorp/Dirtburners wing on my shelfer RC10. The wing's made from 1/32 thick pieces and is riveted together.

1) the original associated rc10 wing mounts ( the ones that mount through the wing and are secured by a grub screw to the wing wire)

Fitting this car with a McAllister toyota body. Am I going in the right direction on the wing mount? I didn't want to drill any holes in the rear pod. So I made a mount using aluminum flat stock .

i'd put a hinge at the front, and then make some standoffs for the rear with multiple holes so it can be adjusted up or down.
