Re-re'd Release Tamiya Mercedes C11

Anyone know the story behind the black boxed Tamiya Mercedes C-11? Did they re-release a re-release? I also noticed that Tower has them in limited qtys again. I would post a pic, but I can't get to one from work at the moment...... This is what I was referencing in my other post, while I appreciate the re-releases, if this a re-release of a re-release, I think it is getting a bit out of hand.

It is a re-release times two. To bad they cant do a nissan R91CP rerelease. I just sold my C11 , MAZDA , and JAG. I may be wrong but does it seen like tamiya plays more to the euro crowd with the on road stuff. I myself am not all the into rally stuff that they have been putting out.

Maybe it should just be thought of as sporadic breaks in production with this one.
