Stop your crying biotch!

The car is sweet as it sits, plus, I'm sure you pretty much stole it from shodog!   Biotch! :P

hahaha, I know, the crying has stopped.

BUT come on, it's one of shodog's cars and it didn't even have tecnacrafts on it, so of course it was a good deal. It didn't fit in without the fancy wheels anyway :D

Does anyone know if they have the same track width? And mechanically, I am assuming that the LS one is better for higher speeds and handling, but is it?
I believe that when the new Reactive Caster front end was introduced the "LS" moniker was a reference to that. Just like when the RC12LS came out, it was basicly an RC12LW but now with the new front end hence the LS. As Scr8p Stated most 1:10 Pan car front ends will retain the original track, regardless if you mount the aftermarket Trinity EV10, Bud's, or TRC Front Ends. If you want a narrow track car you need the RC10L SS/Oval chassis, and lower / upper pod plates, T-Bar / T-bar Spacer, and the narrow diff hub and axle. Of course a few minor hardware items as well.

Hope this clarifies any confusion a bit,
Maurice

I am ready to dive into my first on road car. Again, Shodog gave me a great deal, thanks! He also tossed in some cool Raceco stuff, a super diff and self locking wing nuts

I got a few things for it already. Some orange washers and some Composite Craft parts. I had a lone aluminum shock collar that was destine for the single shock :D And I aquired a free 4turn brushless motor   it will likely be too much for me to handle. The original wheels are also in the photo, compliments of shodog :D

I am getting a MRP Lamborghini GTP body from Brian (bscotti). It's on the way, thanks Brian

Yeah it is a bit of a PITA. I sprung for an HPI Upper Pod plate. Will post pics for reference. I had fabbed a piece of aluminum - and was going to do a graphite plate to replace it. But it looked too tacky!

well.....got it broken down, cleaned up and put together with everything but the sway bar. I don't have a drill with me to make the holes in the top plate for the sway bar yet, but I'll get there.

I'm still struggling with dying the white parts orange and some of the aluminum parts baby/sky blue. I think once I get the body to look similar to these ones I will feel less guilty.

Sorry thought I had posted a reply. I believe they offered one for the narrow RC10L Oval style pod. I have to rumage through my items. Am not 100% if its carbon or black G10.

Thank you very much,
I was just thinking about this car and although we made 2 C/C "T" plates (.065 & .090 i think) the hot set up of the day was .063 fiberglass for most carpet tracks and the carbon fiber was just for pavement racing.

Well, that's perfect, because this car will likely never see carpet. Having said that, would the 0.090 be better for pavement than the .065?
