i've shipped to the uk, austrailia, switzerland, sweden, canada and back and forth with se. asia without issue, always been small (sub 4lb) packages.
there's just one small customs form that i have to fill out and i have them at home, easy as pie.

the worst shipping issue i ever had was shipping to a us military base, the item ended up at the wrong base/post office.
