Hi from Adelaide, Australia.

Post by DaveM »

Hi to everyone here, I'm Dave from Adelaide, Australia
I am a addict, it all started at least five years ago, when I purchased a re released T3 the Phoenix Stadium Truck, I then made the mistake of buying a Australian RC magazine and inside the back cover was a story about a Vintage RC10 Gold Pan with a MIP 4WD conversion. What's a Gold Pan? Whats a MIP 4wd conversion? I became instantly hooked, I love well engineered things. Many hundreds of dollars later I now have a small collection. I am now only just getting my addiction under control, not spending anywhere near as much money. I never did get that MIP conversion. I am looking forward to posting some pics maybe in the build of the month. The funny thing is I have never raced any of my Associated RC10s, just bash a rc10 championship edition around.
Cheers, Dave.

Thank Guys,
Oozzee I will have to have a hunt around for the magazine, wouldn't it be funny that the very magazine that started it all has been lost. With the footy I am a mad engineer and really don't have time for it, also being originally from the country I spent all my free time riding dirt bikes.
Cheers, Dave.
