Thanks Lars - Steal away. If You replace the white backing on the pearl with Yellow, I guess it´ll be suitable for swedish purpose

I've been wanting to get a Turbo Optima for so long and found this one on ebay. Well, it's a Salute but as we know it's a Turbo Optima with a different body. The spaceship body is not really for me, so I'm going to be getting a Turbo Optima body for...

Hey guys...im new to the site and would like to share my story with fellow Kyosho freaks like me... well back when i was 14-16 frs old around 1985-86 i think i had a Kyosho Ultima that was given to me as a gift... fell in love right away with this...

It took me ages until i finally painted these bodies as this is usually the last part i do because of the terrible effort :).

One will be a Kinwald style Re-re RC10 and a matching YZ-10 with undertray. The 870C body is painted in a Keil inspired...

This thread is about two Optima Mid models in the SWB segment. One Turbo Optima Mid and one Turbo Optima Mid SE being built side by side (those two yellow cars in the picture above).

Parts are taken from several mid cars I have in various shape....

Do any of you have suggestions for a body for my Turbo Optima other than the stock T.O. body, which I don't really care for? I *love* the original Optima body but it's too narrow to fit an 8.4V 7-cell battery. Have any of you tried other bodies and...

Why didnt you buy the lazer zx-s shell from kamtec in the uk. Its also advertised on ebay. Its an optima shell with extra air slots and would be the better option.

I finally found a great off-brand upgrade for the stock Javelin/Optima/Turbo Optima rear arms. This mod is so cheap it's laughable, and will upgrade your rear control arms, dog-bones, and give you a slightly wider stance all at once.
