What is your opinion of the Pro-X ?

I always thought it was a neat car, white parts and all. I guess that makes me 'pro'-x

I did little checking and it has what kyosho calls the SST transmission, SUPER SPRINT TRANSMISSION its alot like Losi JRX2 tranny

I remember reading swhere (here, prolly) that the engineer who did the pro-x tranny was the same one who did Losi's LRM...

they sure look similar... but when the stealth was released (as an "evolution" from the MIP tranny) everything suddenly looked outdated. It's weird that the Kyosho team still thought that theirs could make it so many years after.

BTW I know it's off topic, but I have a Pro-XRT that's barely been used, unpainted, white plastics and all for sale... if someone's interested... end of off topic.

I remember Bob Gammon chucking his car at the end of an event and calling Associated for a full drive. He said the car was utter rubbish, yes looked great but handled like a brick. Its a shame as Kyosho went backwards in 2wd and forwards in 4wd at that time.

The gearbox was a disaster and yes it’s a LRM copy. I was a Kyosho team driver at that time and we all struggle with the prototype, especially with the gearbox. The rest of the car was pretty good after you dialed it in, but I left for the Swedish Team Losi and the smooth XX the next season.

I think I will just waive the white flag, I have no idea what I was thinking.

I have however been trying to figure out a way to justify my poor math. I'm currently leaning towards our educational system followed closely by "my parents didn't love me" lmfao
