Tire removal ???

When it's R/C related, but doesn't fit anyplace else.

I warped a set of jrx-2 rear wheels trying to do the boil method. I'll have to try the oven trick on an old set.

Hey, hey, hey...I didnt know Acetone would melt some wheels. :shock: I guess common sense should have told me that though. Its also NOT good for Chrome Finishes. Coulds it up, at best, and REMOVES it at worst.

There are also some Wheels that will MELT with the Oven Method. It happened to me the First time I tried it (isnt that always the way it goes). I think it was Duratrax Wheels. There may be others I dont know about though.

Thanks everyone, many good Ideas. I have a bunch of Losi XX five spoke I bought off of ebay so I will try it on some through away wheels first. I just didnt want the bright yellow wheels to fade.
