LOL - I have to stop posting at 2am in the morning! You are right on the motors - somehow got mixed up.... I was sure you could run an open motor the year before...oh well - sealed can is still the best choice. I didnt read close enough!! LOLOL) - DOH!
My run times were what I expected - approx 30 mins - just did not have as large a capacity packs as yourself mate! (Of course I would have loved 40 minutes!! jjeeeeeeez - I was getting tired watching your car last that long!! - LOL ) 5000 Mahr batts are certainly the way to go for an enduro. I cant complain though - as a supplier here lent me the batteries I used. I will definately now be getting back into racing - it has implanted the bug back in me big time.
Cheers
Darryn

This is so cool. I've done some pretty insane RC endurance racing, but nothing even close to 24 hours in length.
So here's the real question: How could you give up watching the 24 Hours of LeMans in order to race RC cars? LOL!
Yeah, it took me that long today. I lost my oil filter wrench and had to buy a new one. There's no room around the filter to get anything on it. And the best part is that I didn't tighten it super tight the last time to prevent this from happening....

These days I am lazy and take it in to a shop to get done, but when I was younger I always did it myself to save money and make sure it was done right. It also takes 0W-20 so there is not much chance of the shop putting in conventional oil when I...

There is an 1/8th scale track locally but no 1/10th scale for at least 3 hours. 702 Raceway closed at the beginning of July out of the blue so we're kinda stuck.
So common. I've often thought the big companies need to pool together on this...
